The 4L Capital Impact equity fund exists as a so-called EU Article 9 fund. There is an institutional tranche (ISIN: DE000A3C6AL3 / WKN: A3C6AL) and a retail tranche for private investors (ISIN: DE000A3C6AK5 / WKN: A3C6AK), which can be subscribed via all banks and savings banks. The institutional tranche is accessible from 250,000 euros, the savings plan retail tranche at an issue price of 100 euros, in order to do justice to the democratisation idea of impact investing. The fund focuses on a global portfolio that is strictly oriented towards actual impact. Through the self-imposed very strict negative criteria for the exclusion of many stocks, we go beyond normal ESG investing.
